Unfair Dismissals and Workplace Relations Law

We advise and represent employees and employers about their employment claims that may arise from the termination of employment, including complaints under anti-discrimination laws, common law actions and unfair contracts matters.

We will assess your allegations and complaints of underpayment. We will also determine if there has been any improper application of and compliance with awards by the employer and any irregularities will be assessed in relation to employment contracts and independent contract agreements. In particular we will examine if the operation of appropriate policy and procedures have been complied with by your employer with regard to dismissal; redundancy; discrimination; and occupational health and safety.
